This is a preliminary message to you both to say that at a meeting held at the LWS today we confirmed that we would be delighted to welcome you both the LWS for an Internship from 4 March to 14 May.  We will have a very full program of work for you with emphasis on EE in the local communities linked to the Eco-Schools programme (see the Annual Report).   We will be sending you further details on this before the end of this month. Accommodation has been reserved for you together in a small house equipped with electricity, shower, hot water, bedding and a basic kitchen.  You will need to provide all your own food which you can buy for start on the way up – Lapalala is an hour’s drive from the shops.  

Please confirm when you can get to Johannesburg on or close to 4 March so that we can confirm your transport arrangements.
